Dear Steve:
This letter is to thank you for the opportunity to participate in the first test of EarthTec in a public water system
which derives it's potable water from ground sources and to tell you of our observations during the test.
The test was begun on April 15, 2002, and was concluded on August 22, 2002.

During the first 30 days after introduction of EarthTec into our water system, we noticed a significant increase in clarity.
This continued to improve for the duration of the test period.

After about 60 days, we noticed a decrease in the amount of water required in the flushing of our filters.
This decrease also continued to grow with each month, and filter flushing could be accomplished in less time.

The addition of EarthTec required virtually no effort on our part after the initial dosages were begun.
Approximately every five or six weeks, we transferred the metering pump to a fresh drum and turned it on.

During system flushing, hydrant barrels were much cleaner, and water cleared very quickly.
This represented a significant savings in time required for flushing and in treated water loss.

Basically, we feel we are providing better, cleaner water for our customers with much less effort on our part to do so, and we plan to continue the use of EarthTec in our system.
